BoulderGain uses personal data to operate the marketplace, process bookings and purchases, support users, and improve the product.
No promise of zero sharing
Some data must be shared with payment providers, infrastructure vendors, coaches, or clients when needed to deliver the service.

3. When we share data
BoulderGain may share personal data only when reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with law, or protect users and the platform.
With coaches and clients
Limited profile, booking, and communication information may be shared between the parties involved in a coaching relationship.
With vendors and processors
This can include payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, messaging tools, and other service providers acting on BoulderGain's behalf.
For legal and safety reasons
Data may be disclosed when required by law, court order, investigation, or when needed to reduce abuse, fraud, or safety risks.
For business changes
If BoulderGain is restructured, sold, or merged, data may be transferred as part of that business process, subject to applicable law.
4. Retention and security
We retain data for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain records tied to marketplace activity.
We use technical and operational safeguards that are appropriate for the service, but no online system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or object to certain uses of your personal data. BoulderGain may ask for identity verification before handling those requests.
To make a request, contact support@bouldergain.com.
6. Cookies, analytics, and market preferences
BoulderGain may use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, performance, analytics, and remembering things like market or language preference. Details are described in the Cookie Policy.
