Legal and platform rules

Terms of Service

These terms describe the general rules for using BoulderGain, including the Canada market experience. This is an interim public version and may be refined as the product and legal review continue to evolve.

Last updated: March 25, 2026

If a booking flow, checkout page, coach profile, or program purchase shows additional terms, those terms also apply to that transaction.

Marketplace role

BoulderGain is a marketplace and platform layer. Coaches provide coaching services and programs through the platform.

Users covered

These terms apply to visitors, clients, coaches, partners, and anyone who accesses BoulderGain or creates an account.

Related policies

Use these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using BoulderGain, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
  • You must use BoulderGain only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm other users or the platform.

2. Marketplace role and coach services

BoulderGain helps clients discover coaches, compare programs, purchase services, and manage the relationship through the platform. BoulderGain does not become the personal coach of the client.

Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, specialties, qualifications, availability, and the services or programs they choose to publish.

3. Bookings, programs, and payments

Prices, formats, availability, and purchase conditions may vary by coach, program, or offer. When you complete a booking or purchase, you agree to the pricing and details shown at checkout.

BoulderGain may process payments through third-party providers. Refunds, cancellations, disputes, and access issues are handled according to the applicable checkout terms, platform policies, and any mandatory law that applies.

4. Coach obligations

Coaches must act professionally, provide truthful information, and only offer services that they are qualified and legally allowed to provide.

  • No false qualifications, fake reviews, or misleading claims.
  • No off-platform circumvention intended to avoid BoulderGain fees or platform rules.
  • No medical, legal, or other regulated advice outside the coach's lawful scope.

5. Acceptable use

You may not harass other users, misuse platform messaging, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, scrape the service without permission, or attempt to manipulate rankings, reviews, payments, or referrals.

BoulderGain may suspend or remove accounts, listings, content, or access when needed to protect users, comply with the law, or maintain platform integrity.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you create, but you give BoulderGain the rights reasonably needed to host, display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform and its marketing channels.

You must only upload content that you have the right to use.

7. Health, safety, and disclaimers

Fitness, training, and nutrition involve risk. Clients should use judgment and seek medical advice where appropriate. BoulderGain is not a medical provider and does not guarantee any specific health, body, or performance outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, BoulderGain is not liable for losses arising from coach conduct, client conduct, third-party services, or other matters outside its reasonable control.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as BoulderGain evolves, launches in new markets, or completes legal review. Material changes may be reflected on this page or communicated through the platform.
