Yes, all coaches undergo a rigorous verification process. We check certifications, experience, and conduct background checks to ensure quality and safety.

How do payments work?

We use secure payment processing through Stripe. Clients pay upfront when booking, and coaches receive payouts according to our payment schedule.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for your first session with any new coach. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team within 48 hours.
