What if I need to cancel my session?
You can cancel sessions up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to our cancellation policy.
How do I become a coach on BoulderGain?
Apply through our 'Become a Coach' page. We'll review your credentials, conduct a verification process, and help you set up your profile once approved.
Are the coaches verified and certified?
Yes, all coaches undergo a rigorous verification process. We check certifications, experience, and conduct background checks to ensure quality and safety.
How do payments work?
